Said Sabir Ibrahimi

Sabir Ibrahimi is the Program Director at the Heart of Asia Society. Sabir is also a non-resident fellow at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation, where he worked as a researcher on the Afghanistan Regional Project. Previously, Ibrahimi worked with several developmental organizations, including the Norwegian Refugee Council and the UK Department for International Development in Kabul. Ibrahimi holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and a master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University in New York. He has published several articles for local and international press and was a visiting scholar at the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit in 2018.
