Khwaga Kakar

Khwaga Kakar is a public policy specialist with over 15 years of experience in advisory, policy research, and management consultancy roles. Her work experience spans widely from governmental to multilateral agencies, including delivering support at the executive level to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and governance and development work with the UNDP, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Adam Smith International.

She is currently serving as the Managing Director at Apama Consultancy Services and holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington and Bachelor of Science from University of California, San Diego.
