Ahmad Bilal Popalzai

Ahmad Bilal Popalzai is the Coordinator to the Executive Committee at the Heart of Asia Society. He is also Office Manager at Mithra Associates DMCC, a Dubai based company. Popalzai is also one of the founders of the Youth Voice Community.

He has previously worked in the fields of Human Resources and Administration for different companies, national and international NGOs, and academic centers including ANHAM, AWDP, IPPF, Karwan and Bakhtar Universities. Popalzai holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and specialized in International Relations from one of Kabul’s private universities. He is currently based in Dubai.
